  • It is a common complaint that sellers do not receive regular, if any, ‘feedback’ from their estate agent.  We have taken note of this and strive to ensure that you receive the level of contact you require.  In addition to viewing feedback, you will receive regular marketing updates.  The marketing of your property is regularly reviewed, it is essential that we work together to secure a suitable buyer.

  • At Look Estates we aim to accompany all viewings wherever possible, after all, that’s what you are paying us to do. We have found that by having a strict policy on accompanying all viewings unless the diary doesn’t allow, we have successfully let and sold properties that other agents hadn’t.
